News Title:  Hot Hand Carries Magnum

Jose Oliva was gone and with him went his 12.8 points per game. David Cruz filled in with 11, but it wasn't enough as no other member of Skyliners was able to reach double figures. Taking advantage of the Skyliner's undermanned defense, John Romero hit 5 three pointers for his 15 points to lead Magnum to their second win of the season, both coming at the expense of Skyliners. With the season winding down, and all teams set to make the playoffs, it now becomes a battle for seeding and positioning. Magnum, Skyliners and Warriors all have two wins apiece and will be battling to avoid either Street Legends or Showtime, who are tied for best record in the league.

Mike Hernandez scored 6 points on 3 for 9 shooting, Kennedy Romero 7, Alex Lozano, 5 and Christian Cruz netted 4 points.

For the Skyliners, Cesar Rodriguez had 6,  John Arroyave 5, and Rafael Villalta 2.
